Hello there...happy saturday...here comes the newly wed, Mrs. Andi Warta Hadikusuma...(Dunno why i really love to mention that name LOL). It's been a reaallyyy long time since the last post and our wedding day. I haven't posted any of the story, pictures, or anything from the Day. I wish i could post it someday. I was just really busy with the office things...hufft! Okay, just leave it before i turn into mrs. too-much-grumbling hahaha. This morning i saw Topokki on TV. It reminded me of the 2nd D. My sister got a terrible NGIDAM of Topokki. And when i saw it this morning, that terrible disease knocked me down LEBAY!. Iyah, pengen banget makan Topokki. But how?? Di Makassar aja, me n the 2nd D sudah keliling-keliling around the supermarket which sells a lot of imported food, tapi teteup gak ketemu. Apalagi kalo saya sekarang di SInjai...yup, SInjai. So, i decided to visit Uncle Google, try 2 find out the recipe. Bukannya melegakan, found out the basic ingredients didn't help me at all karena bahannya susah minta ampun. Intinya, it left me with mouth opened, wondering, scratching here and there, dunno what to do. The one and only thing i could do is promising myself that if i have a time to visit Makassar, i have to find that thin-sliced fish cake, rice cake, and the paste. Harus, kudu, wajib....*tahaniler*. tAPIIIII, yang jadi masalah is how can i guarantee that the Topokki ingredients are HALAL! Rempong binti bingung kan>?. Super mikir. Setelah mikir lagi...saya putuskan untuk figure out how to make the rice cake n the paste. Seems saferlah kalau semuanya saya bikin sendiri. So, mari kita bersama Uncle Google menjelajah mencari cara how to bring me into a great experience of eating TOPOKKI.Fighting!!!
